  • What do I want my life to look like?

  • Who do I want my body to feel like?

  • What kind of home do I want?

  • What kind of career do I want?

  • How do I want people to perceive me?

  • What are three different paths my life could take?

  • Which life path do I truly want?

List every goal, manifestation, dream life detail, desire, and everything you want out of life. Nothing is too big or too small. Get it all out on paper.

Write Down Everything You Want


Name your higher self. This new identity gives her presence. Examples:

Give Her an Alter Ego Name


Collect images, words, quotes, and anything that sparks motivation, joy, contentment, beauty, and desire. Your board should reflect the energy and life of your higher self.

Create Your Vision Board


Do an Identity Audit of Your Higher Self

Get ULTRA specific about who she is and how she lives. Include morning routines, hair style, workouts, food, weekends, home, mindset. Any and everything about her daily life and how your higher self shows up (and reacts).

  • How does she have her hair styled?

  • What does she eat?

  • How does she take care of her body?

  • What do her evenings look like?

  • What does a workday look like?

  • What do her weekends look like?

  • How would her family describe her?

  • How would her friends describe her?

Now, honestly document your current self in the same level of detail. Be real and objective. This step is about awareness, not judgement.

Do a Current Self-Audit


Compare the Gap

Look at your higher self and current self side by side. What’s different? Spot the detailed differences in habits, routines, mindsets, environment, and choices.


Turn the Gap into Actionable Goals

Take each difference and turn it into a specific change you can make. Decide what you need to start doing, stop doing, or level up.


Build a realistic day-to-day and week-to-week plan to become her. Map out habits, schedules, routines, and systems. Use AI if you need help organizing it all.

Develop the Plan


This is the most important and challenging part. Start thinking, reacting, choosing, and behaving like your higher self starting NOW. Embody her in your thoughts, words, and actions every day.
